Rotenberg could have been the initiator of the raid on the 1520 company in 2019, when large-scale searches took place in it. The owners of “1520” were accused of giving bribes to now ex-Colonel Dmitry Zakharchenko and money laundering. Alexey Krapivin went on the run across Russia, Valery Markelov, who was sentenced to 8 years, but was released from custody due to cancer. In July 2023, Markelov died. Boris Usherovich left for Israel, from where he actively denied information that he had asked for political asylum in England. As a result, Usherovich received political asylum in England and moved to live in Spain.



If we return to the history of “1520”, then Alexey Krapivin, of course, was found in the Russian Federation and he immediately agreed to return to the management of “1520”, however, under the complete control of the Rotenbergs. Under the Rotenbergs, 1520 again began to receive orders from Russian Railways worth tens of billions of rubles. Boris Usherovich still remains one of the co-founders of the company, which means he is involved in everything that happens to it. Usherovich owns 28.3% in Group of Companies 1520 LLC, the rest is owned by General Director Alexey Krapivin. In December 2023, ZPPIF “Armus Capital Platform” (28%) appeared among the founders, it is managed by LLC Management Company “Armus Capital”, Krapivina. It is unknown who else may be hiding behind closed-end mutual funds, since such funds do not disclose their shareholders.

Structures “1520” and “GK NPS” are persistent tax evaders. LLC FSK "Mostootryad-47" as of February 2024 owed 695 million rubles, LLC "Spetssitistroy" - 276 million rubles, LLC "Sinergo" - 177 million rubles, LLC "MTK" - 56 million rubles, LLC " Mostootryad-55 - 54 million rubles, Mostootryad-50 LLC - 49 million rubles, 1520 Signal LLC - 13 million rubles. The total amount of debt exceeds 1.3 billion rubles. However, for some reason, no one is filing criminal cases against the structures headed by Alexey Krapivin.

He is also the general director of JSC DIM, which in 2024 received government orders worth more than 57 billion rubles. Since 2020, DIM has been part of JSC GC NPS, so Boris Usherovich can have a very direct connection to these billions. As well as the debt of Almaz LLC, one of the subsidiaries of DIM, to the tax authorities in the amount of 119 million rubles.

In addition to the 1520 group of companies, Krapivin, together with Usherovich, are shareholders of Interprogressbank (IPB), which was suspected of withdrawing money from Russian Railways. As of 2021, Boris Usherovich controlled the bank through his daughters Sophia and Maria, living in Cyprus, and his wife Elena. Then they owned almost 33% of the bank, Krapivin – 31.8%. At the end of February, the rating agency National Credit Ratings (NCR) raised the credit rating of IPB) from B+.ru to BB-.ru with a “Stable” outlook, so Boris Usherovich is doing well with this business as well.

The son of a fugitive businessman, Kirill Usherovich, also participates in his father’s business - he is the general director of Astra Real Estate LLC, and also owns 6 companies with revenue of 271 million rubles. and a profit of 155 million rubles. in 2023, working in the fields of real estate, software and financial management.

Of particular interest is Altair Real Estate LLC, co-founded by the Cypriot offshore company FELTBURG DIRECTOR LIMITED. The LLC has a “subsidiary” structure - Trovatello Group LLC, which is in the process of liquidation. Until 2017, this company was owned by KUM LLC, named after the names of the founders Krapivin, Usherovich, Markelov. The company created numerous front companies in Cyprus, such as Rogenial Limited, to conduct business with Russian Railways.

As recently written in the Western press, Usherovich’s role was to support the activities of KUM LLC throughout Russia. If a company wanted to purchase real estate or a business, Usherovich recruited members of the Solntsevskaya organized crime group and full-time federal law enforcement officers to forcibly take away the land, assets or business from the owners. Usherovich contacted the bandits through one of the Solntsevsky leaders, Viktor Averin, a good friend of the famous international mafioso Semyon Mogilevich. Their partner was thief in law Vyacheslav Ivankov (Yaponchik). It turns out that Boris Usherovich could be a kind of liaison between the Russian security forces and the criminal world.

In 2022, Trovatello Group LLC was featured in a story with an unfinished sports complex in Krylatskoye, which belonged to the company, but was taken away by a court decision. The new owner of the asset was Ezreal JSC, whose general director is now Roman Mironchik, an old partner of the about the business of Alexey Krapivin. It is not difficult to guess that the sports complex was transferred from one pants pocket to another.

Now Boris Usherovich is trying to create an image for himself in the Western press as a successful businessman and active philanthropist. In April, one of the publications published material about how Usherovich is engaged in charitable activities, supporting educational, social and sports initiatives, including sponsorship of football clubs in Moscow.

Apparently, Usherovich is preparing to return to Russia, but so far, apparently, it is not working out. The fact is that back in 2019, a fugitive businessman asked for political asylum in the UK, saying that for a long time he had to pay large bribes to law enforcement officers in Russia. Ротенберг мог быть инициатором «наезда» на компанию «1520» в 2019 г., тогда в ней прошли масштабные обыски. Владельцев «1520» обвинили в даче взяток теперь уже экс-полковнику Дмитрию Захарченко и отмывании денег. Алексей Крапивин ударился в бега по России, Валерий Маркелов, которого осудили на 8 лет., но отпустили из-под стражи из-за рака. В июле 2023 г. Маркелов умер. Борис Ушерович уехал в Израиль, откуда активно опровергал информациюRucriminal.info о том, что он попросил политического убежища в Англии. В результате Ушерович получил политическое убежище в Англии и перебрался жить в Испанию.

Если возвращаться к истории «1520», то Алексея Крапивина, конечно, нашли в РФ и он сразу согласился вернулся к руководству «1520», правда, под полным контролем Ротенбергов. При Ротенбергах 1520 снова стала получать заказы от РЖД на десятки миллиардов рублей. Борис Ушерович до сих пор остается в составе соучредителей компании, а значит, имеет отношение ко всему, что с ней происходит. Ушеровичу в ООО «Группа компаний 1520» принадлежит 28.3%, остальные у гендиректора Алексея Крапивина. В декабре в 2023 г. в составе учредителей появился ЗППИФ «Армус капитал платформа» (28%), им управляет ООО «УК «Армус Капитал», Крапивину. Кто еще может скрываться за ЗПИФ неизвестно, так как подобные фонды не раскрывают своих пайщиков.

Структуры «1520» и «ГК НПС» являются злостными неплательщиками налогов. ООО ФСК «Мостоотряд-47» на февраль 2024 г. задолжало 695 млн руб., ООО «Спецситистрой» - 276 млн руб., ООО «Синерго» - 177 млн руб., ООО «МТК» - 56 млн руб., ООО «Мостоотряд-55» - 54 млн руб., ООО «Мостоотряд-50» - 49 млн руб., ООО «1520 Сигнал» - 13 млн руб. Общая сумма задолженности превышает 1.3 млрд руб. Однако почему-то никто не возбуждает уголовных дел в отношение структур, которые возглавляет Алексей Крапивин.

Он также является гендиректором АО «ДИМ», которое в 2024 г. получило госзаказы на сумму более 57 млрд руб. «ДИМ» с 2020 г. входит в АО «ГК НПС», так что и к этим миллиардам Борис Ушерович может иметь самое прямое отношение. Как и к задолженности ООО «Алмаз», одной из «дочек» «ДИМ», перед налоговиками на сумму 119 млн руб.

Помимо группы компаний «1520» Крапивин вместе с Ушеровичем являются акционерами «Интерпрогрессбанка» (ИПБ), который подозревали в выводе денег из РЖД. На 2021 г. Борис Ушерович контролировал банк через своих дочерей Софью и Марию, проживающих на Кипре, и жену Елену. Тогда им принадлежало почти 33% банка, Крапивину – 31.8%. В конце февраля рейтинговое агентство Национальные кредитные рейтинги (НКР) повысило кредитный рейтинг ИПБ) с В+.ru до BB-.ru прогноз «Стабильный», так что и с этим бизнесом у Бориса Ушеровича все в порядке.

До 2017 г. этой компанией владело ООО «КУМ», названное так по фамилиям учредителей Крапивин, Ушерович, Маркелов.Компания создала на Кипре многочисленные подставные компании, такие как Rogenial Limited, для ведения бизнеса с РЖД.

Как недавно написали в западной прессе, роль Ушеровича заключалась в поддержке деятельности ООО «КУМ» на всей территории России. Если компания хотела приобрести недвижимость или бизнес, Ушерович привлекал членов Солнцевской ОПГ и штатных сотрудников федеральных правоохранительных органов, чтобы силой отобрать у владельцев землю, активы или бизнес. Их партнером был вор в законе Вячеслав Иваньков (Япончик). Получается, что Борис Ушерович мог быть своеобразным связным между российскими силовиками и криминальным миром.

В 2022 г. ООО «Трователло Групп» засветилось в истории с недостроенным спортивным комплексом в Крылатском, который принадлежал компании, но был отобран по решению суда. Новым владельцем актива стало АО «Эзреаль», гендиректором которого сейчас является Роман Мирончик – старый партнер по бизнесу Алексея Крапивина. Нетрудно догадаться, что спорткомплекс был переложен из одного кармана штанов в другой.

Сейчас Борис Ушерович пытается создать себе в западной прессе имидж успешного бизнесмена и активного мецената. В апреле в одном из изданий появился материал о том, как Ушерович занимается благотворительной деятельностью, поддерживает образовательные, социальные и спортивные инициативы, включая спонсорство футбольных клубов в Москве.

Судя по всему, Ушерович готовится к возвращению в Россию, однако пока, видимо, не складывается. Дело в том, что еще в 2019 г. беглый бизнесмен попросил политического убежища в Великобритании, рассказав о том, что долгое время должен был в России платить крупную мзду сотрудникам правоохранительных органов. Такие откровения российская власть очень не любит, поэтому возвращение Ушеровича видится проблематичным. Пусть радуется, что еще бизнес не отобрали.

He decided to take a desperate step that seemed absolutely hopeless. The day after the Russians lost to the Italians, I went into the press center at Anfield Road stadium. I asked: could you accredit me for Euro matches, if possible? Surprisingly, it worked. One of the stadium employees, who was responsible for communicating with Russian journalists, Claire, as she introduced herself, took me to the room for photography. In a matter of seconds, my photo was rolled up in plastic, I have accreditation!

Of course I was lucky. Known around the world as “prim,” the British instantly obtained the accreditation necessary to enter the arenas, something that Russian functionaries, who wildly disliked me, would never have done. In general, the process of accreditation for major competitions takes at least six months, only after this period the coveted card arrives.

The answer is that this Claire once visited our Tambov practice as a future doctor. I met a Russian guy, the young people fell in love. Therefore, Claire, of course, had a special attitude towards Russians. Together with her, we walked around the iconic places of Liverpool; they showed me, for example, the venue where the legendary Beatles gave their first concert.

And with accreditation, I attended many Euro matches right up to the finals, transmitting reports from them to the editors of Trud, such adventures...

Meanwhile, the football scandal in the womb of the Russian national team, as I already said, grew on an unimaginable scale, it was difficult to imagine. After two defeats from Italy and Germany, Russia, in fact, lost its chances of continuing the fight in the championship. The final meeting remained, taka, for show, - with the Czechs.

And I went near Liverpool by taxi for 15 pounds, which seemed not very expensive. Well, how, you have to work, communicate with people. The Romantsev team lived at the Wrightington Hotel, where the team owner gave a press conference. Начинаем серию публикаций, посвященных стартующему на полях Германии континентальному первенству. Ну, как обойтись без рассказа о скандалах и скандальчиках, регулярно вспыхивавших в недрах российского футбола, национальной сборной, в частности. Это было в порядке вещей.



Вроде как на сборную России образца 1996 года возлагались особые надежды. В составе – мастера не только игравшие в отечественном первенстве, но и европейские «звезды» из клубов Германии, Франции, Италии, и т.д. И тренер статусный, сам Олег Романцев, застолбивший со «Спартаком» звание лучшего российского клуба. Должны были россияне сыграть в Англии нормально, но…

В стартовом же матче против Италии мой давний знакомый Стас Черчесов напортачил уже в начале встречи. Неудачно ввел мячик в игру из своей штрафной, «кругляш» перехватили соперники, короткий перепас, удар – гол. 0:1. Российские болельщики, сидевшие со мной плечом к плечу на трибуне ливерпульского «Энфилда», загрустили. Потом Илья Цымбаларь сравнял счет, но итальянцы, все-таки, победили – 2:1. Не на такой старт все мы рассчитывали.

Поражение от итальянцев явилось детонатором. Внутри команды вспыхнул спор о несвоевременной выплате премиальных за выход в финальную часть Евро-96. Обычная история Российского футбольного союза, там чиновники снова проявили необязательность. Команда тогда раскололась: кто-то из мастеров требовал немедленной выплаты, иначе грозились бойкотировать следующие матчи с немцами и чехами. Попросту говоря, не выйти на поле, - ничего себе!

Выйти-то они вышли, только могли и не выходить. Потому что безнадега царила всю игру. Немцы по уровню мастерства оказались намного выше, шансов у россиян – ноль. И деньги здесь ни при чем. Соперники сильнее – 0:3. После двух поражений можно «брать шинели», и возвращаться в Россию. Тем не менее, скандал внутри российской сборной набирал нешуточные обороты. И не только на денежной почве…

В Англию я отправился на теплоходе по туристической путевке. Решил не связываться с деятелями из Российского футбольного союза (РФС). Мы питали друг к другу давнишний антагонизм по причине моих резких публикаций в адрес этой насквозь коррумпированной, к тому же вороватой организации. ВЧК-ОГПУ и Рукриминал.инфо подробно об этом рассказывали. Заранее знал, откажут мне в аккредитации на чемпионат Европы. Вот и купил тур с помощью спонсора на престижный футбольный турнир, чтобы передавать ежедневные репортажи в редакцию газеты «Труд», в которой на тот момент работал.

В пакете услуг были и заветные билетики на три матча российской сборной на групповой стадии, где ее соперники - упомянутые итальянцы, немцы и чехи. Так я оказался в компании болельщиков на трибуне, о чем нисколько не пожалел. Но, как известно, россияне досрочно отправились домой, не преодолев барьер группового турнира, и как дальше освещать события Евро?

Решился на отчаянный шаг, казавшийся абсолютно безнадежным. На следующий день после поражения россиян от итальянцев, я зашел в пресс-центр стадиона «Энфилд Роуд». Спросил: не могли бы аккредитовать меня на матчи Евро, если это возможно? Удивительно, но сработало. Одна из сотрудниц стадиона, отвечавшая как раз за общение с российскими журналистами, Клэр, как она представилась, отвела меня в помещение для фотосъемки. Считанные секунды, и мое фото закатали в пластик, есть аккредитация!

Конечно, мне повезло. Слывшие по всему миру «чопорными», британцы в мгновение ока оформили необходимую для прохода на арены аккредитацию, чего функционеры из России, дико меня не любившие, никогда бы близко не сделали. И вообще сам процесс аккредитации на крупные соревнования занимает, минимум, полгода, только после этого срока приходит заветная карточка.

Разгадка еще в том, что эта Клэр в свое время побывала в нашем Тамбове на практике, как будущий доктор. Познакомилась с русским парнем, молодые люди влюбились. Потому отношение к русским, понятно, у Клэр было особенное. В компании с ней мы обошли знаковые места Ливерпуля, мне показали, например, площадку, где дали свой первый концерт легендарные «Битлы».

А с аккредитацией посетил многие матчи Евро вплоть до финала, передавая с них репортажи в редакцию «Труда», такие вот приключения…

Тем временем околофутбольный скандал в утробе российской сборной, как уже сказал, разрастался в немыслимых масштабах, такое и представить себе было сложно. После двух поражений от Италии и Германии, Россия, по сути, потеряла шансы на продолжение борьбы в чемпионате. Оставалась завершающая встреча, так, для «галочки», - с чехами.

И я отправился под Ливерпуль на такси за 15 фунтов, казалось, не очень дорого. Ну, а как, работать же надо, общаться с людьми. Романцевская сборная жила в отеле «Райтингтон», где хозяин команды давал пресс-конференцию. Странно, но оказался единственным журналистом из России на том мероприятии, одни, пожалуй, чехи заполнили зал, иные европейские коллеги. А наших – нет, будто напрочь утратили интерес к своей же команде после двух оплеух на поле. Перекошенные от злобы физиономии чиновников РФС, вроде как собиравшихся прогнать меня, но так и решившихся это сделать. Атмосфера, да, гнетущая. Еще чехи задавали каверзные, ироничные вопросы, их сборной предстояло играть с россиянами. Романцев вертелся на стуле, как уж на вертеле. Потом вскочил, и почти убежал от дотошных «акул пера». О чем тут говорить? Чемпионат-то провальный.

Уже на выходе из отеля мельком перебросился с одним из помощников главного тренера, Борисом Игнатьевым. «Не спрашивайте, все плохо», - только и выдавил из себя Борис Петрович.

В холле первого этажа кто-то съязвил: Романцев-де «горькую» пьет, вы к нему не пробьетесь. Было похоже на правду. Знал, Олег Иванович позволял себе пропустить стопку-другую. А кто не грешен, нет, скажите, кто? Ну, выпивал человек…

Совсем уж я опешил, когда на выходе из гостиницы увидел с огромным баулом игрока сборной Сергея Кирьякова. Он грузил его в автомобиль.

- Вы куда, Сергей? - интересуюсь у форварда. Еще ведь матч с чехами.

- Куда-куда, домой, в Германию, отдыхать.

Разговор завязался.

- Я не отмалчивался на собраниях, говорил о наших и тренерских просчетах, в том числе, тактических, - откровенничал нападающий. – Кому это понравится? Вот и случилось, мягко говоря, недопонимание. Олег Иванович не устраивает меня и как человек, и как тренер.

- Вас, таким образом, не устраивает уже второй тренер подряд, первым был Садырин…

- «Взрывной» я, эмоциональный, да. Это в какой-то степени мешает мне жить. Пусть болельщики знают, всегда и с удовольствием выступлю за сборную. А сейчас оставаться в команде не могу.

На том и расстались.

Матч с чехами, кстати, будущими серебряными призерами чемпионата, завершился тогда результативной ничьей – 3:3. И с одним набранным турнирным очком сборная России улетела домой.

Уже в Москве Романцев отчасти объяснил мне причину размолвки с Кирьяковым.

- Он особенно рвался сыграть против немцев, понятно, Сергей сейчас выступает в бундеслиге, хотел себя показать перед ними, - молвил Олег Иванович. – Но, считаю, форвард не готов ни физически, ни морально, ни психологически играть за сборную на таком высоком уровне. Потому и оставил его в запасе…

Спрашивается, зачем привлекал человека в команду? Ну, пусть этот вопрос повиснет…
