Tinkov: Oligarch Melnichenko hates Putin

Oleg Tinkov, from whom the United Kingdom lifted sanctions the day before, said on the air of Dozhd that in conversations with him, many Russian businessmen spoke out against the war, but did not speak publicly.

According to him, in private conversations, many businessmen were in solidarity with him. Among them, he names Andrey Melnichenko, the founder of EuroChem, Krasnodar businessman Sergey Galitsky, and Roman Abramovich's "partners". All of them, as Tinkov says, also opposed the war, but none of them spoke out publicly.



“I don’t regret it, I just feel sorry for them, they are all cowards. Of course, they all hate Putin, of course, they are all against the war, but they are just afraid,” Tinkov said.

It is especially surprising to see Melnichenko on this list, who builds his entire business on the support of the Russian authorities, especially Deputy Prime Minister Novak. The largest coal company SUEK, owned by Andrey Melnichenko and Vladimir Rashevsky, is engaged in transfer pricing.

The property of Melnichenko and Rashevsky abroad is estimated at billions of dollars. Only some yachts Mr. Melnichenko bought for 2 billion dollars.

At the same time, the dividends for the last 10 years of SUEK amounted to a "ridiculous" 7 billion rubles, and the dividends of EUROCHEM (also owned by the above-mentioned oligarchs) amounted to 60 billion rubles.

It is obvious that Mr. Melnichenko is not content with dividends alone, but has set up some kind of scheme to transfer the proceeds of his enterprises abroad, avoiding taxes along the way.

The condition under which the oligarchs who acquired property under Yeltsin (including Melnichenko) were left with their companies was quite clear: companies pay taxes, do not use transfer pricing.

However, thanks to the fact that Melnichenko is covered by the powerful Deputy Prime Minister Novak, SUEK has left the legal field of the Russian Federation.



The Tax Service and the Investigative Committee should check SUEK and EUROCHEM for the presence of trading houses or similar pads through which the company's profits flow abroad and are used to maintain the chic lifestyle of the Melnichenko family.

After SUEK began to buy shares in TGC-14 in Ulan-Ude, the state allocated several tens of billions of rubles from the budget for investments in technical re-equipment, thus relieving SUEK of this burden.

Merging of SUEK and the energy block of the Government of the Russian Federation is evident.

As it became known to the telegram channel of the Cheka of the OGPU, on May 18, 2023, the Government Commission considered and gave permission to the oligarch Melnichenko to make a payment in the amount of 6 billion rubles. on a mortgage loan taken on an estate in France, worth 200 million euros.

How was this issue brought to the consideration of the Government?

An individual, even one as wealthy as Mr. Melnichenko, does not have the right and opportunity to bring questions to the Government meeting directly.

All other oligarchs and persons subject to sanctions lose their homes, yachts, planes, losing the ability to repay loans or technically service their property, but not Mr. Melnichenko.

It turns out that the Ministry of Energy, which has the right to submit questions to the Government Commission, acted on behalf of the oligarch Melnichenko. The issue of a mortgage loan taken from a Western bank for the purchase of Melnichenko's estate in France was raised by Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin, describing in an explanatory note to the issue the suffering of Mr. Melnichenko, who bought a property worth 200 million euros.

In the presented scheme of repayment of debt on a mortgage loan, the Government of the Russian Federation is misled in connection with the alleged repayment of the loan strictly in rubles, however, of course, the bank that received the rubles at the same second will buy the currency and transfer it abroad, thereby having an additional negative impact on the ruble exchange rate.

It seems that Alexander Novak, due to his age, did not hear about the equidistance of the oligarchs (from power), proclaimed many years ago by state policy.







Journalists have already paid attention to facts indicating that Alexander Valentinovich (Novak) chose the path of personal enrichment. All this, unfortunately, ultimately affects the growth of the load on the industrial consumers of the country.

Тиньков: Олигарх Мельниченко ненавидит Путина

Олег Тиньков, с которого накануне Великобритания сняла санкции, рассказал в эфире Дождя, что в разговорах с ним многие российские бизнесмены высказывались против войны, однако публично так и не выступили.

По его словам, в частных разговорах многие бизнесмены были с ним солидарны. Среди них он называет основателя «Еврохима» Андрея Мельниченко, краснодарского бизнесмена Сергея Галицкого и «партнеров» Романа Абрамовича. Все они, как говорит Тиньков, тоже выступали против войны, но никто из них не высказался публично.

«Я не жалею, просто мне их жалко, они все трусы. Конечно же, они все ненавидят Путина, конечно же, они все против войны, но они просто боятся», — сказал Тиньков.

Особенно удивительно видеть в этом списке Мельниченко, который весь свой бизнес строи на поддержке властей РФ, особенно вице-премьера Новака. Крупнейшая угольная компания СУЭК, принадлежащая Андрею Мельниченко и Владимиру Рашевскому занимается трансфертным ценообразованием.

Имущество Мельниченко и Рашевского зарубежом оценивается в миллиарды долларов. Только одних яхт господин Мельниченко накупил на 2 млрд. долл.

При этом дивиденды за последние 10 лет компании СУЭК составили «смехотворные» 7 млрд. руб., а дивиденды компании ЕВРОХИМ (так же принадлежащей вышеуказанным олигархам) 60 млрд. руб.

Очевидно, что господин Мельниченко не довольствуется только дивидендами, а наладил какой-то схематоз по переводу выручки своих предприятий зарубеж, уходя попутно от налогов.

Условием, по которому олигархам, набравших собственность при Ельцине (включая Мельниченко), остались их компании было озвучено достаточно понятно: компании платят налоги, не используют трансфертное ценообразование.

Однако благодаря тому, что Мельниченко прикрывает могущественный вице-премьер Новак компания СУЭК вышла из правового поля РФ.



Налоговой службе и Следственному комитету следует проверить СУЭК и ЕВРОХИМ на предмет наличия торговых домов или подобных прокладок, через которые прибыль компаний утекает зарубеж и используется для поддержания шикарного образа жизни семьи Мельниченко.

После того, как СУЭК стал скупать акции ТГК-14 в Улан-Удэ государство из бюджета выделило несколько десятков миллиардов рублей на инвестиции в техперевооружение, таким образом, избавив от этого бремени компанию СУЭК.

Сращивание компании СУЭК и энергетического блока Правительства РФ налицо.

Как стало известно телеграм-каналу ВЧК ОГПУ, на Правительственной комиссии 18 мая 2023 рассмотрели и дали разрешение олигарху Мельниченко осуществить выплату в сумме 6 млрд. руб. по ипотечному кредиту, взятому на имение во Франции, стоимостью в 200 млн. евро.

Прилагается повестка заседания Правительства с данным вопросом (за номером 2.1.) и представленные материалы.

Каким образом, данный вопрос вообще был внесен на рассмотрение Правительства?

Физическое лицо, даже такое богатое, как господин Мельниченко не имеет права и возможности выносить вопросы на заседание Правительства напрямую.

Все остальные олигархи и лица, попавшие под санкции, теряют свои дома, яхты, самолеты, потеряв возможность погашать кредиты или технически обслуживать свое имущество, но не господин Мельниченко.

Оказывается, Министерство энергетики, обладающее правом выносить вопросы на Правительственную комиссию, действовало от имени олигарха Мельниченко. Вопрос об ипотечном кредите, взятом в западном банке, на покупку имения Мельниченко во Франции, вынес заместитель министра энергетики Павел Сорокин, описывающий в пояснительной записке к вопросу страдания господина Мельниченко, купившего собственность в 200 млн. евро.

В представленной схеме погашения задолженности по ипотечному кредиту Правительство РФ вводится в заблуждение в связи якобы погашением кредита строго в рублях, однако безусловно банк, получивший рубли в ту же секунду купит валюту и переведет за границу, тем самым окажет дополнительное отрицательное воздействие на курс рубля.

Такое ощущение, что про равноудаленность олигархов (от власти), провозглашенную много лет назад государственной политикой Александр Новак в силу своего возраста не слышал.







Журналисты уже обращали внимание на факты, указывающие, что Александр Валентинович (Новак) выбрал путь личного обогащения. Все это, к сожалению, сказывается в итоге на росте нагрузки на промышленных потребителей страны.

«Единая Россия» против генерала ВДВ

Ради главы «Монолита» сняли с гонки победителя праймериз



После отстранения от должности командира 106-й гвардейской воздушно-десантной дивизии ВДВ генерал-майора Владимира Селиверстова на его малой родине в Вязниках из списка кандидатов от «Единой России» в депутаты областного Заксобрания была исключена директор учреждения, которое носит его имя.



Ранее телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ рассказывал, что Шойгу продолжает вести "боевые действия" внутри Минобороны. Как рассказал источник, отстранен от должности командир тульской 106-й дивизии ВДВ, герой России, генерал-майор Селиверстов. Дивизия с января этого года участвовала в боях на Бахмутском направлении. Ситуацию с отстранением Селиверстова не разрешила попытка губернатора Тульской области Алексея Дюмина вступиться за него во время вчерашнего визита в Москву.

И вот вчера стало известно, что директор Вязниковского центра дополнительного образования детей имени Героя РФ В.В.Селиверстова Ирина Грачева после победы в праймериз «Единой России» была зарегистрирована кандидатом в депутаты Заксобрания Владимирской области и стояла в территориальной группе партийного списка по округу №24. Однако, 19 июля Владизбирком на основании её заявления исключил Грачеву из списка кандидатов в депутаты ЗС. Почему, будучи депутатом районного совета и абсолютным победителем праймериз ЕР, Грачева на четвертый день после отстранения от командования дивизией генерала-майора Селиверстова решила снять свою кандидатуру с выборов - в избирательной комиссии не рассказали.

Источник сообщает, что к снятию с предвыборной гонки Грачевой приложил руку спикер Заксобрания Владимирской области, первый заместитель секретаря регионального отделения «Единой России» Владимир Киселёв.

По данным Rucriminal.info, громкая отставка генерал-майора Селиверстова послужила для Киселёва поводом выдавить Грачеву из списка кандидатов-конкурентов его бизнес-партнера, гендиректора строительной компании «Монострой» Олега Чижова, который с ней оказался в одной тергруппе. Ранее ВЧК-ОГПУ сообщал о тесной связи Киселёва с Чижовым, в результате которой во Владимире за 15 лет так и не построили школу на участке, выделенном под комплексную застройку «Монострою».

Надо добавить, что это не первый порыв Киселёва расчистить для товарища по бизнесу дорогу к депутатскому мандату. Сразу по итогам праймериз ЕР Чижов занял в тергруппе последнее 6 место, которое не позволяло ему стать реальным кандидатом в депутаты ЗС. Для того чтобы «затолкать» Чижова в список кандидатов, Киселеву пришлось на областной конференции единороссов уговорить отказаться от участия в выборах вязниковского экскурсовода Светлану Юсову. Это позволило Чижову подняться с 6 на 5 место в тергруппе и стать полноценным кандидатом в депутаты ЗС. Застройщик является действующим депутатом ЗС и считает, что сохранение мандата позволит ему получить защиту от силовиков.





Пикантности ситуации добавляет тот факт, что сам Киселёв является десантником ВДВ и активно себя позиционирует как поборник их боевого братства. В очередной раз корыстные интересы Киселёва перевесили его морально-нравственные принципы.
