После очередных публикаций «Под крышей министра» и «Главный кукловод по кличке 500-й» в телеграмм - канале «ВЧК ОГПУ» и на сайте Rucriminal.info, о фактах «коррупционных схем» в МВД по Республике Ингушетия, ряд руководителей МВД в том числе и министр генерал Коробкин спешно начали уходить в очередные отпуска и на больничные, потому как ходят слухи о грядущей большой проверки из Москвы после которой ряд руководителей, в том числе и министр, могут оставить свои уютные кабинеты

Учитывая последние посадки «генералов» из окружения самого «Колокола», при этом зная отношение самого министра внутренних дел Российской Федерации, Колокольцева к коррупционной составлявшей своих подчиненных, вопросы к генералу Коробкину могут быть заданы в самое ближайшее время… поэтому сам собой напрашивается вопрос а «по ком звонит Колокол..?»..

Вернемся к реалиям, и начнем с того что после внеплановой проверки центрального аппарата ФСБ России свой пост покинул главный чекист республики, начальник УФСБ РФ по Республике Ингушетия генерал-майор Чернышев Сергей Александрович, Чернышева не перевели на другую должность как обычно бывает в «конторе», а уволили из органов госбезопасности и отправили ПСником в полпредство СКФО курировать какое то несерьезное направление. Лубянка не простила генералу отход от одного из своих главных столпов «холодной головой, горячим сердцем и ЧИСТЫМИ РУКАМИ…» Чернышев оказался «не чист на руку со своими назначенцами из службы экономической безопасности, а также отдела «М» которые должны были выявлять «коррумпированных ментов» а таких в нынешнем МВД по Республике Ингушетия завелось очень много под «Крышей министра». Как сообщают источники Rucriminal.info, Чернышев С.А. в свою бытность, работая в Кабардино-Балкарской республике, тесно наладил связи среди местных чекистов, которых он очень приблизил к себе и которые ему пригодились и в Ингушетии. Так, Чернышев лоббировал перевод многих сотрудников УФСБ из КБР в Ингушетию, в частности акцент был сделан на службу экономической безопасности, начальника Кумыкова, небезызвестного Залима Барагулова, (главного доверенного лица Чернышева) а также нынешнего заместителя начальника отдела «М» УФСБ Бачиева, (бывшего начальника ОРЧ СБ МВД по РИ». Итак по информации с увольнением Чернышева связан тот факт, что до главы Республики Ингушетия в последнее время начали доходить слухи, а при проверке и реальная достоверная информация о том, что под носом у главы республики Чернышев и Коробкин в тандеме обложили данью в республике практически все госучреждения, потому как руководители таких министерств как Минфин, Минтруд, Миннац, ПФР, ФОМС и тд.. начали жаловаться к главе на систематические поборы, проверки, необоснованные изъятие документации со стороны силовиков.

Разумеется, когда «откаты» начали течь в обход кармана главы обиженный Калиматов пожаловался на силовиков в центр, и в итоге произошло то, что произошло. И даже не помогла песенка про дружбу Главы и Чекиста.

Кстати, о Бачиева Эльдаре, заместителе начальника отдела «М» УФСБ по Ингушетии, в последнее время как в МВД, так и в местном УФСБ ходит много легенд, вплоть до того, что Бачиев, будучи начальником ОРЧ СБ МВД, практически на все творимое Коробкиным закрывал глаза, при этом по инструкции не предоставляя информацию в «центр». За что получил от генерала Коробкина определенную квоту поставить на должности «своих людей». Бачиев в свою очередь расставляя их в нужных местах обеспечил контроль в основных подразделениях регионального МВД.

Так, после своего ухода Бачиев ходатайствовал и согласовывал на должность начальника ОРЧ СБ Кумыкова (брата начальника СЭБ УФСБ Ингушетии), начальником УНК назначили Геграева. Кстати, про Геграева никто из бывших коллег и нынешних никто не может сказать ничего плохого, даже на прежнем месте работы. Прошел весь оперской путь с земли до начальника УВД г.Нальчика. Начальником полиции МО МВД «Сунженский» назначили Крымукова, заместителем начальника полиции по оперативной работе Карданова, что не говори «лить грязь» на этих офицерах язык не повернется, ибо все перечисленные сотрудники достойно прошли службу в тяжелое время, и все в основном на оперативной работе, и только стечением обстоятельств оказались в Ингушетии.

Что нельзя сказать о назначенных и приближенных к Коробкину людей, к примеру, заместитель начальника полиции полковник внутренней службы Воевода А.Г., позывной «Джуниор» который в свое время был личным «портфеленосцем» начальника полиции МВД по ЧР Апти Алаудинова, а переведясь из Чечни в МВД по Республике Ингушетия на должность заместителя начальника полиции по оперативной работе, создал в мессенджере «Ватсап» группу, админом которой он являлся и куда требовал подчиненных скидывать документацию, в том числе и секретную, а как пошли «утечки» быстро ретировался. Узнав про это Коробкин быстро перевел его на последнюю должность и не удивительно покровителем у «Джуниора» является сам начальник главка СКФО генерал-полковник полиции Сергей Бачурин. Тот же самый начальник штаба МВД «Ставропольский Потрошитель» Редников Олег, бросавшийся с ножом на соседей и в последствии с позором уволенный из органов за пьянство. Да сколько их было и сколько осталось в региональном МВД.

Однако, вернемся к деятельности Коробкина, на второй день после увольнения начальника УФСБ РФ по Республике Ингушетия генерала Серышева, генерал Коробкин будучи в отпуске срочно вылетел в Ингушетию узнать «по ком звонит Колокол» удостоверившись что «тревога ложная» спокойно приступил к своим обязанностям, при том еще с размахом отметив днюху.

Ну обо всем по порядку…

Итак, на праздновании дня рождения министра внутренних дел генерал-лейтенанта Коробкина М.В., как полагается собрался весь «честный люд» это и начальники подразделений и приглашенные гости, все как положено, тосты во здравие, подарки поздравления и тд… Но произошел один курьезный случай, о котором знает только узкий круг избранных, и вот… не секрет что в МВД Ингушетии как и в других структурах, госучреждениях России существует свой негласный тип «позывных». Позывные дают сотрудникам в силу каких то особенностей человека, либо характера или же внешности человека, или же из за фамилий…

Так вот начальник отделения БСП подполковник внутренней службы Богатырев Ахмед Исраилович более известный в МВД как «Индийский Бог» «Шива» или просто «Стремящийся» совместно с исполняющим обязанности начальника УРЛС МВД подполковником внутренней службы Игониным Е.Е., подогнали министру, как заядлому охотнику на кабана в заповедниках Ингушетии, а также любителю огнестрельного оружия, подарок на днюху в виде «позолоченного пистолета системы ПМ» все бы ничего, и на подарок не обратили бы особо внимания, если бы не одно но… При детальном изучении ствола, серийный номер был стерт кустарным образом, а сам ствол оказался боевым, а при проверке по базам данных МВД вдобавок еще и некогда похищенным в Чеченской Республике, сей факт замяли, ствол вернули хозяину.

Коробкин усмотрел в этом подарке подставу и велел казнить «Индийского Бога» однако вскоре после многочисленных уговоров и личной просьбе начальника УРЛС МВД полковника внутренней службы Гудкова В.Г., позывной «500-й» в виду того «Шива» многое знал о противозаконной деятельности «500-го» что могло вскрыть «шкаф» где спрятаны «скелеты» самого «500-го» только по этому генерал Коробкин сменил гнев на милость.



Похоже, проклятие «Вещего Олега» (бывшего начальника «Гром» Рыжикова Олега, уволенного Коробкиным) преследует «Индийского Бога» по пятам, и по ходу мечтам о должности командира спецподразделения УНК «Гром» не суждено сбыться в обозримом будущем да и самого «Индийского Бога» особо не впечатляет и командировка для участия в СВО на территории Донецкой и Луганской республиках. «Шива» совсем поник головой, если бы не его хозяин и покровитель коррупционер № 1 в МВД позывной «500-й» полковник внутренней службы Гудков В.Г. и тот случай, что недавно освободилось место (а по факту освободили) заместителя начальника УРЛС МВД по РИ, добровольно принудительно уволенного полковника внутренней службы Сампиева Ахметхана, и теперь все взоры «Индийского Бога» устремились на должность заместителя начальника УРЛС как будто к лику Будды.

А вот Игонину Е.Е. повезло больше, его повысили в должности до заместителя начальника УРЛС МВД по РИ.

В коридорах ведомства поговаривают, что дела у самого «500-го» в последнее время обстоят, не слишком хорошо, то бесконечные служебные проверки в связи с многочисленными жалобами и заявлениями в Москву сотрудников МВД, то внеочередные проверки деятельности подразделения,

По имеющимся данным «ВЧК-ОГПУ», в связи с последними публикациями, а также непрекращающимися коррупционными скандалами а также серьезными нарушениями в служебной деятельности, Москва не торопится назначать «500-го» на должность заместителя министра - начальника кадров МВД по республике Ингушетия о которой он грезил, и во имя которой совершал все должностные преступления по указанию генерала Коробкина. И все это на фоне того что, все интересы Гудкова В.Г. всеми правдами и неправдами в департаменте службы и кадров МВД России и лично перед заместителем министра внутренних дел России генерал-лейтенантом полиции Кубышко В.Л., лоббирует непосредственно генерал-лейтенант полиции Коробкин Михаил Владимирович.

Выдержка из предыдущей публикации «В результате деятельностью Гудкова В.Г.. при проведении аттестации заинтересовались в ГУ МВД по СКФО и в центральном аппарате МВД России в Москве. Но всевластный покровитель Гудкова генерал Коробкин в спешном порядке отправляет своего любимца в очередной отпуск до окончания служебной проверки. Штабом МВД по Республике Ингушетия была инициирована служебная проверка по результатам которой «500-сотый» был отстранен и смешен с председателя аттестационной комиссии МВД по РИ. Доложив в Москву и забыв, переждав бурю, Гудков обратно выходит на работу и начинает «мстить» тем, кого считает виновным в своих злоключениях. Первым под удар попал заместитель Гудкова полковник внутренней службы Сампиев Ахметхан (последний уволен 26.08.2022 г).

Итак, информация о коррумпированности «500-го» и несоответствия последнего занимаемой должности начальника УРЛС МВД полностью нашла свое подтверждение.

В распоряжении «ВЧК-ОГПУ» оказалась та самая злополучная справка начальника штаба МВД по РИ о проведенной проверке деятельности руководства УРЛС в частности «500-го» «Индийского Бога» и всего «курятника» с резолюцией министра МВД по Республике Ингушетия генерала Коробкина, с предложениями, принимаемыми мерами, и виновными лицами допустившими нарушения. Судя этой справке «500-го» и резолюции министра, Гудкова не то что бы повысить в должности, должны были уволить из органов внутренних дел за дезорганизацию работы, потому как в заключительной части значатся такие для Гудкова неприятные слова как «коррупционная составляющая», «направление на полиграф» «предвзятость» «некомпетентность» и тд.и т.п.

Если Коробкин и наложил резолюцию на бумагу «Доложено, с предложениями согласен», то на самом деле, дела обстоят иначе. Как мы и раньше говорили, генерал Коробкин «с предложениями согласился, только лишь на бумаге».Коробкин вместо того что бы принять по «500-му» решение не бросил своего любимчика в трудную минуту и в этот раз, а отправил заработавшегося «500-го» в очередной отпуск дабы «собраться с мыслями», кстати в 4 раз за текущий год.

Вся это ситуация с кадровой политикой в МВД по Республике Ингушетия при нынешнем руководстве напоминает сюжет мультфильма «Побег из курятника», где в главной роли «Петуха» охраняющего покой «курятника - УРЛС МВД» выступает генерал Коробкин, в свою очередь роль «наседки» исполняет Гудков В.Г. а роль «цыплят» соответственно распределены между Игониным и «Индийским Богом».

Пьяные драки и дебоши среди прикомандированных в МВД Ингушетии не редкость, то бывший начальник штаба МВД Редников Олег после очередного застолья поймав «белку» бросался с ножом на соседей в Ставрополе, то пьяная драка в г. Владикавказ «контрабасов» отмечавших очередное звание коллеги, в результате которой погиб человек, а теперь подоспел и новый факт.

Итак, в конце августа 2022 года двое сотрудников МВД по Республике Ингушетия проходящих службу на контрактной основе некий Яковлев Игорь Германович (главный инспектор штаба МВД) и Дроненко Владимир Валентинович (сотрудник тыловой службы МВД) решили отдохнуть на выходных в злополучном для последних городе Владикавказ. После изрядно выпитого спиртного «контрабасов» потянуло на девочек. Яковлев И.Г. и Дроненко В.В. начали приставать с непристойными предложениями к местным жительницам, что явно не понравилось местным ребятам. В следствии чего горе Донжуаны полезли в пьяную драку, а по факту заняли оборону, при этом, демонстрируя «стволы» и «ксивы», используя ненормативную лексику, провоцируя местных на межнациональный конфликт, однако и это не помогло, и местные ребятки не хило наваляли Яковлеву и Дроненко, если бы не подоспевшие сотрудники полиции для последних это встреча могла бы закончиться очень плачевно. Даже по прибытии наряда полиции Яковлев и Дроненко начали предъявлять претензии и провоцировать конфликт, вследствие чего дебоширы были оперативно доставлены в один из территориальных отделов полиции. Пройти медицинское освидетельствование, разумеется, прикомандированные отказались.

После случившегося, об инциденте незамедлительно было сообщено в МВД по Республике Ингушетия. По указанию Коробкина во Владикавказ вызволять последних поехала целая делегация состоящая из ОРЧ СБ, ИЛС, УРЛС во главе с заместителем начальника ОРЧ СБ полковником полиции Петриковым Евгением.

В итоге что..?? Яковлев И.Г. и Дроненко В.В. с черепно-мозговыми травмами с многочисленными ушибами и гематомами в настоящее время находятся на заслуженном больничном, не без помощи конечно министра и «черной вдовы», конечно.

Указанные травмы по медицинским документам они получили, находясь при «исполнении должностных обязанностей» выполняя «особое задание».

Все бы ничего, если бы не один факт, данный инцидент в той или иной мере попытались скрыть в МВД дабы не компрометировать доблестных «контрабасов», однако «шило в мешке не утаишь» и данный факт стал достоянием гласности. Если в МВД по Республике Ингушетия поспешили утаить и забыть сей инцидент, то в МВД по РСО-Алания по данному факту проводится соответствующая проверка.

Теперь к министру Коробкину а также к ОРЧ СБ и ИЛС МВД по Республике Ингушетия невольно возникает ряд вопросов, провели ли вышеуказанные службы должным образом, служебную проверку со всеми вытекающими отсюда последствиями в отношении провинившихся сотрудников, с таким же «пристрастием» и законностью как ее проводят в отношении местных сотрудников???

Не интересно ли генералу Коробкину что делали сотрудники его ведомства в г.Владикавказ РСО-Алания пьяные при том еще и с табельным оружием, и без соответствующего разрешения на выезд??

Не уж то генералу Коробкину не знать, что каждая искра, а тем более факт приставания к женщинам, на Кавказе карается очень жестко и последствия этого инцидента может разжечь итак давно тлеющий межнациональный конфликт??

Ну что же ждем увольнений Яковлева И.Г. и Дроненко В.В. как сотрудников опорочивших честь мундира, допустивших грубое нарушение служебной дисциплины, выразившееся в употреблении спиртных напитков в общественном месте, осуществивших несанкционированный выезд в другой субъект без разрешения руководства, в результате которого наступили тяжкие последствия, за непристойное приставание к лицам женского пола, а возможно и мужского, ну или же генерал Коробкин в своей обычной манере «включит быка»?

«ВЧК-ОГПУ» будет пристально следить за данной ситуацией, и знакомить читателей…

У генерала Коробкина помимо этих мелких «проступков» подчиненных, есть и другая головная боль, это - полный провал формирования временной оперативной группировки из числа сотрудников МВД по Республике Ингушетия для последующей командировки последних в зону проведения СВО Донецкой и Луганской Республиках. А такое игнорирование указаний «центр» не прощает.

Итак, вернемся к вопросу, почему местные сотрудники МВД при всех тех, льготах, условиях, компенсациях и выплатах не хотят ехать в командировку в зону проведения СВО..?

Ответов на данный вопрос три - во первых авторитет министра перед местными сотрудниками нулевой из за своей кадровой политики.

- во вторых в МВД по Республике Ингушетия (не без помощи генерала Коробкина) не осталось не одного руководителя с непререкаемым авторитетом из числа местных сотрудников, который мог организовать сбор и возглавить столь серьезную и важную миссию, к словам которого прислушались бы молодые сотрудники.

- в третьих «временная оперативная группировка» формируется исключительно из числа местных сотрудников, не одного «контрабаса» в списках нет, и это при том, что сотрудники проходящие службу на контрактной основе итак получают в двое, а то и втрое больше чем местные, что вызывает недовольство у остальных сотрудников.

Министр внутренних дел Республики Ингушетия Коробкин М.В. со своим окружением набранных по недобору, своей не дальновидной политикой напрочь потерял авторитет и уважение местных сотрудников, а умирать за «контрабасов» местные не хотят.

Да и о каком авторитете и уважении может идти речь, если генерал Коробкин со своим «курятником» уволил по надуманным причинам из органов внутренних дел таких именитых титулованных спортсменов, олимпийского чемпиона как Хасана Халмурзаева и его брата Хусена, которых после чего уехали в Санкт-Петербург и выступают за Главк Питера.

А также с подачи Цечоева Нохи Агаевича и с помощью «500-го» уволили титулованого спортсмена «UFC» непобежденного Евлоева Мовсара Магомедовича бывшего сотрудника ППСП МО МВД России «Сунженский».

И последний факт увольнения начальника Джейрахского РОВД подполковника полиции Катиева Руслана Ахметовича, да да сына Героя России - Котиева Ахмета Макшариповича, Секретаря Совета Безопасности Республики Ингушетия подло убитого членами НВФ в августе 2013 года.

Который внес огромный вклад в борьбе с терроризмом и наведением порядка в республике. Благодаря которому десятки и десятки молодых людей, примкнувших к членам НВФ «вышли из леса» адаптировались и живут нормальной жизнью. Походу Коробкину не давала покоя слава и авторитет отца и сына Котиевых, которого он так и не заслужил, будучи министром за три года в республике.

Ну это совсем другая история…

«Солнцевские» заглянули в Роскосмос

Что связывает семью Юрия Борисова с Михасем

По информации телеграм-канала ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info, глава Роскосмоса Юрий Борисов на внутренних совещаниях избегает упоминать о коррупции. Одновременно он поручил Арутюновой, выдвинутой им на позицию руководителя службы внутреннего аудита, приостановить все расследования экономических преступлений в корпорации, которые были инициированы прежним руководством. Это связывают с кадровой политикой, когда он приглашает на работу и продвигает фигурантов многочисленных уголовных расследований. Мы уже писали об уголовном деле № 11902460043000115, где в качестве обвиняемых привлекались бывшие генеральные директора РКК Энергия — Солнцев и АО НПО «Исток» - А.Борисов. Последнего нынешний глава госкорпорации (и однофамилец) сначала «отмазал» от уголовного дела, а потом пригласил на должность своего советника с перспективой возглавить наиболее проблемный и наиболее щедро финансируемый блок космической электроники. Стали известны подробности этого уголовного дела и действий Борисова по его развалу.

В ходе расследования уголовного дела было установлено, что А. Борисов («Исток») подписал договор, в котором цены на поставку электронно-компонентой базы для нужд РКК Энергия были завышены на 1 млрд 310 млн 692 тыс руб. Фактически были закуплены низкокачественные китайские аналоги на 240 млн 4543 тыс руб. Пытаясь замаскировать хищение была имитирована коммерческая деятельность и сфабрикованы документы о якобы купле-продаже через цепочку из семи посредников: двух китайских. Двух из ОАЭ и трех российских, хотя в реальности изделия были поставлены напрямую от производителя. В результате свыше 1 млрд руб бюджетных средств были похищены путем мошенничества. Обвинения предъявили девяти лицам, включая Борисова и его близкую связь и одного из основных фигурантов — Поповой, генеральному директору ООО Микроком, которая скрылась на Украине.

Преступный умысел и действия А.Борисова были полностью доказаны. Установлен фиктивный притворный характер подписанного им договора № 1-326-16 от 29 марта 2017. А также задокументированы телефонные переговоры, которые велись между А. Борисовым и помощником генерального директора НПП Алмаз Мареевым. Из них следует, что по указанию Борисова Мареев (бывший ответственный работник Генпрокуратуры) контролировал ход и результаты проверки, которую проводила Мособлпрокуратура по фактам завышения цены на ЭКБ, надеясь получить высокую должность в АО НПО Исток либо в правительственной ВПК , как ему обещал А. Борисов по протекции «моего друга Юры». В ходе следствия Мареев полностью подтвердил преступные действия Борисова.

По совокупности доказательств вина А.А. Борисова и других обвиняемых в инкриминируемых им преступлениях полностью подтверждена.

По данным Rucriminal.info, на протяжении длительного времени органы прокуратуры отказывали следствию в согласовании направления уголовного дела в суд. Причем вопрос рассматривался на уровне Генерального прокурора, в приемной которого, как уже писал наш канал, неоднократно замечали Юрия Борисова, в то время вице-премьера по ОПК. И лишь после того, как по настоянию Генпрокуратуры статус Борисова изменили с обвиняемого на свидетеля дело было передано в Королевский городской суд, который 11 августа приговорил другого обвиняемого, Прохорова, к 1 году 8 месяцам лишения свободы в ИК общего режима с взысканием в счет возмещения материального ущерба в пользу РКК Энергия 839 млн 681 тыс руб.

А. Борисов избежал уголовного наказания и по этой причине может пройти проверку на доступ к государственной тайне (его не дают лицам, привлекавшимся к уголовной ответственности) и претендовать, отбыв трехмесячный срок ( возможное опротестование приговора пересмотр решения по вновь открывшимся обстоятельствам, возбуждение нового уголовного дела) на позиции советника своего «благодетеля» и давнего партнера по поставкам микроэлектроники в ВПК и Роскосмос — Юрия Борисова. А затем использовать свой богатый опыт по составлению и реализации фиктивных контрактов, возглавив блок электроники госкорпорации. В этом ему, очевидно, будет помогать и другой фигурант многочисленных расследований — Константин Борисов, сын главы Роскосмоса, который, формально не имея должности в госкорпорации, позиционирует себя в качестве главного коммерческого директора, продвигая интересы своей компании — ООО « Оператор заправочных станций». По оперативным данным это ООО, зарегистрированное в Москве на Солнцевском проспекте, 25/2 и имеющее деловые контакты с рядом предприятий микроэлектроники, контролируется Сергеем Михайловым, известным меценатом из Солнцева, который просит не считать его «лидером организованной преступной группировки».

«Единая Россия» отобрала жилье у военных

Депутаты, чиновники и силовики «попилили» квартирный фонд Минобороны



Телеграм -каналу ВЧК-ОГПУ и Rucriminal.info стало известно о громкой коррупционной истории, когда жилплощади, предназначенные для квартирного фонда Минобороны, раздали чиновникам, депутатам и силовикам.

Подмосковный Чехов – территория, где не истощаются запасы российской коррупции. Казалось бы, какие еще схемы могут возникнуть на земле, по которой проехался каток силовиков.

Выяснилось, что чиновники распределили квартирный фонд Минобороны по своему усмотрению. Комфортное жилье в микрорайоне «Губернский» получили представители местной элиты: сотрудники администрации, прокуратуры, полиции, службы судебных приставов и другие «уважаемые люди», среди которых недавно избранные депутаты от партии Единая Россия.

До 2018 года квартиры площадью около 100 кв. м., предназначенные для обеспечения жильем военнослужащих, находились в федеральной собственности в оперативном управлении Минобороны. В соответствии с приказом Министра обороны РФ в сентябре 2018 года 105 квартир были переданы в муниципальную собственность Чехова.

В 2021 году чиновники из местного «белого дома», заручившись поддержкой чеховского Совета депутатов и прокуратуры, «протащили» решение от 27.05.2021 № 49/6-2021 «Об утверждении Положения о порядке предоставления жилых помещений муниципального жилищного фонда городского округа Чехов по договорам коммерческого найма». Проект этого нормативно- правового акта прокуратура признала соответствующим федеральному законодательству.

Законодатели местного разлива внесли изменения в положение о предоставления жилых помещений, предусмотрев в нем, что если ты госслужащий, спортсмен или сотрудник правоохранительных органов, и не имеешь иного жилья на территории Чеховского района, то можешь прикоснуться к квартирной кормушке.

Вне зависимости от состава семьи тебе выдадут ключи, а затем разрешат выкуп жилья за 50 % от кадастра - это 2-3 миллиона за квартиру стоимостью около 10 миллионов.

Как рассказал источник Rucriminal.info, например, квартиру, которая на рынке стоит около 12 миллионов рублей, сотруднику прокуратуры Наталье Борисовой, позволили выкупить за 3 млн. рублей. Особо приближенным квартиры выделяют как служебные, либо по соцнайму, и передают безвозмездно. Депутатам Единой России Елене Рубцовой и Марине Тарасовой суд передал в собственность в порядке приватизации и без возражений муниципалитета. У обоих иски рассматривал один и тот же судья, на все про все у них ушло меньше месяца.

Более 200 квартир утекло из фонда «особо нуждающимся» чиновникам всех мастей. Около 30 еще числятся за Минобороной, но, по слухам, и их готовят к передаче гражданским.
