It turned out, to be honest, not very convincing: the achievements of Chubais were clearly announced, the positive results of the work of the new leadership were not presented.

However, the presented report in this part did not cause a strong negative reaction from the president and kept RUSNANO's hopes for getting new money.

According to the first reference S.A. Kulikov was officially recommended to apply to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation I.Krasnov, which was done immediately after the meeting.

Следящих за судьбой РОСНАНО и Чубайса ожидают в июле-августе интереснейшие новости

15 июня 2022 года стало известно о встрече Президента России и Председателя Правления РОСНАНО С.А. Куликова. Дата выпуска новости вовсе не означает, что встреча состоялась именно 15 июня, ряд косвенных признаков (подготовка материалов, карантин руководителя и др.) указывают, что встреча была намного раньше объявленного срока.

Теперь, после того факты расставлены в правильной хронологии, становятся понятны причины поспешного бегства Анатолия Чубайса за пределы Российской Федерации. Теперь Rucriminal.info расскажет обо всем по порядку.

Как рассказал наш источник, С.А. Куликов более года пытался попасть на прием к первому лицу государства. Для решения этой задачи он задействовал все возможные связи, в первую очередь, возможности главы АП Вайно А.Э. Ожидаемое случилось только в марте 2022 года.

Материал готовился обширный, однако рекомендации по акцентам доклада поступили в самую последнюю минуту, что, безусловно, отразилось на качестве выступления главы РОСНАНО – оно получилось скомканным и слегка сумбурным.

Ключевая развилка при подготовке доклада заключалась в фундаментальных оценках деятельности РОСНАНО в чубайсовские времена.

Большим соблазном было представить ситуацию как полный провал, констатировать полное отсутствие заделов в наноиндустрии и проектов. Однако АП настоятельно рекомендовала новому руководителю РОСНАНО отказаться от крайне негативных оценок деятельности Чубайса: такая постановка вопроса могла привести к банальному закрытию «проекта РОСНАНО», также было трудно оценить сегодняшние оценки Чубайса со стороны Президента РФ.

Поэтому, был принят умеренный вариант: констатация имеющихся достижений и декларация тонкой донастройки «инвестиционной машины» со стороны «современного» руководителя. Получилось, честно говоря, не очень убедительно: достижения чубайса были явно озвучены, положительных результатов работы нового руководства представлено не было.

Впрочем, представленный доклад в данной части не вызвал сильного негатива у президента и сохранил надежды РОСНАНО на получение новых денег.

На следующем срезе обсуждалась проблема взаимоотношений РОСНАНО и кредиторов, которая давно перешла в стадию судебного спора. С.А. Куликову был крайне нужен карт-бланш в части судебных разбирательств, и он очень надеялся его получить. Заход через Президента РФ на самый верх судебной пирамиды давал С.А. Куликову неограниченные возможности в части воздействия на недругов РОСНАНО. Как бывший сотрудник РОСТЕХА Куликов четко оценивал выгоды (в том числе личные) от участия в государственном рейдерстве. К счастью, в такой поддержке новому руководителю было отказано, причем достаточно холодно.

Также президенту были представлены две справки, подготовленные службой безопасности РОСНАНО: первая касалась вопросов манипулирования долгом и госгарантиями компании, вторая – злоупотреблений при реализации проектов РОСНАНО. Во второй справке речь шла о фонде РОСНАНО-КАПИТАЛ, проекте Пластик Лоджик (тот самый знаменитый российский планшет!), Элвис НеоТек, ряде американских проектов и др. Неприятные выводы касались персонально А.Чубайса, О.Киселева, А.Трапезникова, Д.Пимкина, Д. Аханова.

По первой справке С.А. Куликову было официально рекомендовано обратиться к генеральному Прокурору РФ И.Краснову, что и было сделано сразу же после встречи.

Вторую справку Президент РФ оставил для изучения. И именно этот факт и стал причиной поспешного бегства Чубайса за рубеж. Чем закончится эта история, станет понятно уже скоро.

Также, в самое ближайшее время получит развитие история с заместителем Чубайса по РАО ЕЭС и РОСНАНО Юрием Удальцовым. Здесь речь идет не об экономических преступлениях. Все гораздо серьезнее. Удальцов с 1996 по 2000 год был директором московского представительства консалтинговой корпорации «Карана Корпорейшн», с 2000 по 2002 год он был гендиректором ООО «Карана», в которое было преобразовано представительство. Ее головная структура компании — Corana Corporation, зарегистрирована в США, Майами. Сама компания Карана выступала основным разработчиком реформы РАО ЕЭС и, по мнению спецслужб, вполне могла служить источником информации для западных спецслужб.

«Случайная потеря» телефона Ю. Удальцовым вызвала глубочайшее напряжение у Чубайса и привело к эвакуации Юрия Аркадьевича из России.
